Welcome to Maibo. This help center is for live-commerce teams who need a clear path into the workspace, the current operating context, and the next action.
Enter the workspace
- Open the Maibo address provided by your team.
- Sign in with an enabled method.
- If you belong to more than one workspace, choose the one you need to work in.
- Start from the workspace to review projects, live rooms, or team schedules.
TIP
Before your first action, confirm the workspace and your role so that you are working in the right business context.
Three places to know first

What you can see depends on your workspace and account access. If an area is missing, check your current workspace and role first.
