What is Maibo?

Maibo is a workspace for live-commerce teams to coordinate projects, live rooms, schedules, and operating reviews.

Why can’t I see an area?

Areas are shown based on your current workspace and account role. Confirm the workspace first, then ask an administrator to review your access scope.

What does “No data yet” mean?

It usually means there is nothing to show for the current filters. Check the date range, workspace, and filters. If content should be present, contact your team administrator.

What should I do if loading fails?

Check your connection and retry once. If the issue continues, record the page name, time, and message, then share them with an administrator.

How do I report a problem?

Include the page name, steps to reproduce, and the message shown. Share only what is necessary and never include passwords, verification codes, or full personal data.
